If you are coming to Ballarat for healthcare ... or know someone in aged care ... then you can connect with Chaplaincy.
BRHC has 2 main branches to its ministry:
Assistant Chaplains
Aged Care Church Services
Assistant Chaplains:
Assistant Chaplains provide regular pastoral care to a venue (hospital or aged care).
They are volunteers from local UCA congregations who receive extra training, support and supervision.
They work alongside the venue staff to pastorally care for and support patients, residents and their families.
Click on the
Assistant Chaplains
page for more details.
Worship Teams:
Worship Teams are groups of UCA members who provide a church service to an aged care venue.
Services typically are 30-mins in length.
Church services are designed appropriate to the venue, but not 'watered-down' or simplistic.
Aged Care Venues must provide for the Spiritual Welfare of their residents - our church services assist with that.

Aged Care Church Services
