Grampians Healthcare Chaplaincy (GHC) provides pastoral and spiritual care to people in hospital and aged care venues through: Pastoral Visiting End-of-life pastoral care Referral-based visiting Church services in aged care venues.
GHC liaises with organisations such as Grampians Health, St. John of God Hospital, the Uniting Church and Aged Care venues across Ballarat on behalf of the Uniting Church - Presbytery of Western Victoria.
