Since July 2020, Chaplaincy has incorporated online Chapel services into its ministry.  At a time when the COVID-19 pandemic was at its height and Victorian state government restrictions meant no in-person church services could take place, Chaplaincy needed to explore new ways of connecting people in worship.

Teams from many of Ballarat's Uniting Church congregations work together to provide a  shorter style church service that is broadcast over YouTube.   Chapel services are designed mainly for residents in aged care and patients in hospital.  However, Chapel services are available to anyone who needs a companion on the journey.

New Chapel Services are uploaded by 2pm each Wednesday - and previous Chapel services are available on demand through our YouTube channel.

Chapel Teams are from:
  • Ballarat Central Uniting Church
  • Brown Hill Uniting Church
  • Neil Street Uniting Church
  • Skipton Street Uniting Church
  • Ballarat Regional Healthcare Chaplaincy
